CyberInsider was founded in 2014 by Bill Windle after a career in government and consulting.
Bill provides strategic consultancy on people risk to governments, national authorities and the FTSE 250. He wrote the premier UK national guidance in this field, Holistic Management of Employee Risk (HoMER), CPNI.
He has over 35 years’ experience in managing people risk at strategic and operational levels within the Diplomatic Service.
Bill works with main boards and next generation senior leaders to help them develop and apply a holistic approach to managing their people risk.
